When you drive all the way here you want to have a good time. Most people showed up early to enjoy the theme parks. So, why have 4 o'clock be the only check in time. If the rooms are ready early you let people check in. The food prices were out obnoxious. 9 dollars for a slice of pizza and water are you kidding me! Why should guest have to pay for attractions? The rooms are ok. When I come to a hotel I always pull the sheets back and the mattress covers are disgusting. I think that there was something left over from every guest on them. The bathroom was yikes also. The staff is great. They are nice and helpful. The tip jars all over the place is silly. Everything is over priced and all you did was hand me water. They are not above and beyond staff that should have tip jars everywhere. My kids enjoyed the water park and the arcade. They love having bunk beds in the room. So, if I were to come back which I most likely won't, it would be for them. The beds are awful. My hip and shoulder will never be the same. The hotel rooms are loud but, are very quiet at night.
