    I stayed here the weekend of 2014 automation and have been staying her for the last 8 years I’ve seen it go from awesome to poor which 2013 was the worst but I must say this year you guys really gotten your stuff in order there were still a little minor problems but overall I say we will definitely be back next year with my other friends we have already booked our rooms and want to stay longer so I would like to say to management great job keep up the good work

    My family and I recently stayed at the pink flamingo in the dells. We were extremely disappointed. First off as a housekeeper for four yrs I understand that sometimes. Things get over looked. .but this was ridiculous first off they didn’t. Bother changing the sheets I know because there were crumbs everywhere under the blankets..then they didn’t change the garbage which had a used tampon in the bottom. They didn’t even vacuum. The window was broken so that anyone could slide it open and help themselves to to anything in the room and the toilet was leaking water. So with all this I went to the front desk and asked for some cleaning supplies and a vacuum because I would happily cleaned up the room for myself to help out because I. Understand sometimes staff doesn’t always like there job enough to do it well..I first got an eye roll..Then she told me that I’d have to wait till Monday to talk to a management official Because that’s not her job. I asked to borrow a vacuum to do the job they failed to and was treated like a common thief looking to steal there 1982 vacuum. I travel four times a year and this by far was my worst experience with lodging

    The Flamingo was clean and in a great location. I appreciated the water park tickets. There were lots of helpful matierials for ordering food as well as on attractions. I would definitely stay here again.
