    We have been going to this resort for the last 5 years. Since the new owners took over in January, things are not the same at all. First we had to go to the front desk and ask for coffee, towels, toilet paper, cups. The housekeeping was awful, we had to ask for them to vacuum after being there for four days. We left then on the fifth day. We ususally stay at least 5 or 6 days at a time. So the resort does get quite a bit of money for us, that we shouldn’t have to ask for our supplies. Plus the music stayed on until at least 11. NOT A PLEASANT STAY. We stayed from July 15th- July 20th of 2012

    the place is great but over the years it has gotten more crappy…almost all the hot tubs are broken and every time i come to the polynesian something else is broken and when something breaks there they never fix it

    We really loved this place. We went up to the Dells for skiing and found ourselves loving the resort almost as much as the skiing. Great place for families, nice waterparks, and pretty decent hotel rooms.

    Spent a girls/kids weekend here and really enjoyed myself. It was cold and rainy the weekend we went and the indoor waterpark was great and made us feel better. We were in a double queen with sleeper sofa and the rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and didn’t feel too small. We’ve stayed other places in the Dells some better some worse but you can’t really go wrong here…it’s a good value for the money.
